tortoise's editor supports inline marks (bold, italic, underline) and links via the formatting toolbar. shortcuts work the way you'd expect.

select text and click the toolbar
the toolbar at the top has bold, italic, underline, link, and a delete button. click while text is selected to apply.

use shortcuts
ctrl/cmd+b for bold, ctrl/cmd+i for italic, ctrl/cmd+u for underline. links: select text, click the link icon, paste the url.

headings, lists, paragraphs
the editor handles paragraphs and (when you paste from a doc) headings + bullet/numbered lists. for new pages, paragraphs are the default — paste structured content from google docs to get full formatting.
