open the promo
click any promo in your otter list. the detail view shows redemption count, total discount given, and total revenue from invoices that used the code.

see who used it
scroll to the redemptions tab. each row shows the customer, the invoice, the dollar amount discounted, and the date. you can tag those customers in dragonfly for a follow-up.

double down or shut it off
winners (high redemption + revenue) — extend the end date or build a similar promo. losers (zero redemptions after a week) — either change the discount, broaden who can use it, or end it and try a different shape.
tipa promo that nobody redeems isn't usually a bad code — it's a code nobody saw. before killing it, make sure it's actually showing up on your yaupon portal and you've sent it to the customers it's meant for.
