next to the promotions tab on the otter dashboard.

scan the rows
each row shows the customer, the source (pawpaw invoice / mayhaw quote), the discount amount, and the timestamp. click any row to jump to the source.

tag in dragonfly
for top redeemers (customers using your promos heavily), open their dragonfly contact and tag them — "vip" or "deal-seeker" — so you can target them differently next time.
tipredemption count alone doesn't tell the story — pair it with average order value. ten redemptions averaging $15 is good loyalty data; one redemption at $400 is much more interesting.
