bulk-delete or bulk-archive promos

for promo cleanup at the end of a quarter — old codes, expired campaigns. select rows and delete or archive in one shot.

enter select mode
the otter dashboard toolbar has a select-mode toggle. every row gets a checkbox.

tick the rows
select-all is at the top. you can mix promos with redemptions and promos without — the next step warns about destructive ones.

delete or archive
delete removes the promo entirely (only safe for promos with zero redemptions — otherwise you orphan redemption history). archive hides it from the active list without breaking anything.
tip
archive is the default safe move. only delete promos that never got used and were a typo or test.
