- 1
your branding leads
your business name, logo (if uploaded), and brand color appear at the top. customers know they're getting a quote from you, not from "a software".
- 2
line items, totals, and any deposit prompt
every line item with description, qty, price. tax and discount applied below. if you required a deposit, the page shows "due now" + "due later" so the customer knows what to expect.
- 3
accept (with signature) or decline
the accept flow asks for the signer's name and a finger / mouse signature on a pad. mayhaw stores the signature image, the typed name, and the customer's ip — that's the audit trail. decline asks for a reason and flips the quote.
tipthe share page captures view + acceptance timestamps. an operator who can say "i can see you opened it on tuesday at 3pm" lands a follow-up call differently than one who can't.
