open the accepted estimate
from the estimate list, click any estimate marked "accepted".

click "create invoice"
mayhaw drops you into pawpaw's new-invoice flow with the line items, customer, and totals already filled in. only what the customer actually accepted is included (optional add-ons they skipped don't carry over).

review and send
double-check terms, due date, and payment options, then send from pawpaw. the customer receives a payable invoice link.
tipif you take deposits, the deposit collected at signing shows as a credit on the invoice — they only pay the remainder.
