open mayhaw
click "mayhaw" in the sidebar, then "new estimate". pick a contact (or add one) — we'll auto-fill name, email, and address from dragonfly.

add line items
type each line — description, quantity, unit price. mark any line as optional and the customer can pick it or skip it before signing. taxes and a deposit % are optional fields at the bottom.

send
click "send" — the customer gets a branded email with a public link. nothing is final until they sign.
tipthe estimate is also reachable by URL — paste it into a text or DM if email isn't the channel they use.
