    in the action row, alongside "send to customer" is a "preview email" button. drafts only — once a quote is sent, the email is already in their inbox.

    the modal renders the email exactly

    subject line, business header, the line items, the totals, the customer signing button. takes a few seconds to load.

    (optional) add a personal note

    the intro field lets you drop a one-line note that lands at the top of the email — "hey sarah, thanks for meeting tuesday — here's the quote." customers respond to this kind of touch about 40% more often than to a templated send.

    tip

    if a quote is for a high-value or unusual job, walk through the preview before sending. the customer's first impression of the quote happens in this email — it's worth 30 seconds of your attention.
