add attachments to a quote

for quotes that need supporting files — a scope of work pdf, photos of the property, sample work, a signed waiver — attach them to the quote. customers see them on the public quote page.

3 steps~2 min
  1. 1

open the quote in the editor

either a draft or an existing quote. scroll to the attachments section below the totals.

  2. 2

    drop files in

drag and drop or click to upload. files go to bullfrog and are linked to the quote. PDFs, images (jpg, png, heic), and word docs all work. each file shows as a row with size + type.

  3. 3

    send

the public quote page shows attachments as a list at the bottom. customers click any one to open or download — no login needed.

    tip

attach a one-page "what to expect" pdf the first few times you use mayhaw — it sets expectations and keeps the quote itself focused on the price. customers feel more informed without you needing to write a longer quote.
