remove a domain from heron

when you no longer want a domain pointed at wymzy, remove it from heron. the dns records you added stay at your registrar — heron just stops claiming the domain.

    open the domain card

    any status (active, pending, failed) can be removed.

    tap the trash icon

    you'll be asked to confirm. removal is reversible — you can re-add the same domain later.

    clean up the dns at your registrar

    if you're done with the domain or repointing it elsewhere, also remove the a record and cname at your registrar. heron doesn't touch your registrar.

    tip

    removing a domain from heron does not cancel your registration. the domain is yours; you keep it as long as you renew it at your registrar.
