open the updates tab
the updates show in reverse chrono — newest at top.

click the delete control on the post
confirm in the dialog.

the post vanishes everywhere
if it was customer-visible, it disappears from the customer's portal too — no orphan post.
tipfor customer-visible posts that need a small fix, delete and re-post rather than editing. the customer already got the notification email; replacing the post keeps the public version clean.
