open the client
click any client to open their detail panel. the reminders section sits below the timeline.

click "add reminder"
type what the reminder is for ("follow up on patio quote", "check in re: spring lawn package"). pick a date — "3 days from now", "in 2 weeks", or a specific date.

get pinged on the day
dragonfly emails you the reminder the morning of the date you picked. it also shows up at the top of dragonfly when you open the app, so you can't miss it.
tip
for repeat customers, set a follow-up the moment a job wraps. "check in 6 months" closes more repeat business than waiting for them to call you.
