open the lead in marigold
in marigold, click the lead card. you'll see their full timeline — every note, message, and quote.

click "convert to client"
the button sits at the top of the lead panel. marigold copies the contact info and timeline into dragonfly and marks the lead as won.

review in dragonfly
the new client opens automatically. their lead history appears as the first entries on the timeline so context is never lost.
tipif a deal goes cold instead of won, mark the lead "lost" in marigold — you keep the history without cluttering your active client list.
