open dragonfly and click "import"
the import button sits at the top of the clients list. it opens an upload box that takes a csv file.

match your columns
dragonfly shows your csv's column headers next to its fields (name, email, phone, address, tags, notes). pick which is which. unmatched columns are skipped.

preview, then import
the first 5 rows render so you can confirm. click "import all" to bring in everything. duplicates (matched by email) get updated rather than added twice.
tip
if your csv has a tags column with comma-separated values ("vip,monthly,referral"), dragonfly splits them into separate tags automatically. one tag per client requires no special formatting.
