bulk update tags or status on many clients at once

select a batch of clients and apply tags, change lifecycle status, or archive in one move. helpful after a campaign ("tag everyone who replied") or when you're rolling out a new tier.

  1. 1

    select clients with the row checkboxes

    shift-click to multi-select a range; click each one for cherry-pick. the selection bar appears at the bottom with a count.

    pick a bulk action

    add tags, remove tags, change lifecycle status, or archive. confirm — every selected client picks up the change.

  3. 3

    (optional) undo within 5 seconds

    every bulk action raises a toast with an "undo" button. click within 5 seconds to roll the change back.

    tip

    for a destructive action like bulk archive, take 30 seconds to scan the selection before you click. the undo window is short — once it expires, restoring archived contacts is one-by-one.
