build a multi-condition filter

search and the dropdown filters get you 80% of the way. for the rest — "vips in el dorado who haven't been billed in 60 days" — use the filter builder. stack as many conditions as you need; results update live.

    click the filter pill in the toolbar

    the "+ filter" button opens a popover. pick the field — name, email, company, city, state, source, tag, lifecycle status, created date, or any custom field.

    pick the operator

    text fields support is / contains / starts with / blank. tags support has any / has all / blank. dates support before / after / in the last N days.

  3. 3

    stack more conditions

    every active condition shows as a pill — click one to edit, x to remove. conditions are AND-joined. the table filters as you go.

    happy with the filter? save it as a view (next article) so you can recall it with one click instead of rebuilding.
