set up multi-site companies (locations)

for clients with more than one address — north warehouse, downtown shop, second office — add each as a location. crawdad jobs and pawpaw invoices can pin to the specific site.

    open the company page

    click into the company from any contact at it. scroll to the locations rail at the bottom.

    add a location

    click "add location." give it a nickname ("north warehouse," "main office"), drop in the address, and mark one location as primary.

    pin jobs and invoices to the right site

    next time you create a crawdad job for this client, the job's site picker surfaces every location. work and billing tie to the right address — the customer's invoices show which site the work was done at.

    tip

    the primary location auto-fills on new jobs and invoices. mark whichever site is most common — the others pick from the dropdown when they're the right one.
