the business name shows on every invoice, every customer email, every portal. if you rebrand or registered the wrong name at signup, owner / admin can edit it.
the gear icon at the top of the team list goes to /cypress/settings.

every customer-facing surface picks up the new name on the next render. existing pdf invoices keep the old name (they're snapshots) — only newly-issued ones use the updated info.

owner / admin / manager / staff / viewer — each role ships with defaults for which apps a teammate can see and what they can do inside them.
roles ship with defaults, but real teams need overrides. your bookkeeper sees sycamore and katydid but not pawpaw payouts. your shop manager sees crawdad but not bluejay.
