click "cypress" in the sidebar.

type their email and pick a role
the invite form sits at the top. roles are owner, admin, manager, staff, and viewer — each one ships with sensible defaults for which apps they can see.

send the invite
they get an email with a magic link that's good for 7 days. when they click it, they land on a sign-in screen and join your business.

watch for them in the team list
until they accept, the invite sits in the pending-invites panel. once they're in, they show up in the active team list with their role.
tipalways invite someone with the lowest role that lets them do their job. you can bump them up later — it's harder to walk an over-permissioned account back.
