give a teammate access to specific apps only

roles ship with defaults, but real teams need overrides. your bookkeeper sees sycamore and katydid but not pawpaw payouts. your shop manager sees crawdad but not bluejay.

    open the team list

    find the teammate you want to adjust and click their row.

    use per-app toggles to override the role's defaults

    each app shows a toggle. flip the ones you want them to see; flip off the ones you don't. the role stays — only the app overrides change.

    save

    next time they load wymzy, their app switcher reflects the override. apps they can't see don't appear at all — there's no "locked" badge giving them a reason to ask.

    tip

    if you find yourself making the same overrides for two or three teammates, that's usually a sign they all need a different role — not a custom override on each.
