remove a teammate

someone leaves the business. archive their seat — their account stays preserved (so the audit trail makes sense), but they lose access immediately.

their access drops on the same beat. they get bounced if they're currently signed in.

every job they touched, every note they wrote, every invoice they sent stays attributed to them. you keep the history; they lose the door.

if they come back, restore the membership
instead of re-inviting from scratch, restore the archived seat. their old per-app overrides come back with them.

archiving immediately also kicks them out of cricket and bobwhite — both are wired to the same membership. one move, full off-boarding.
