set the referee perk text on the program
in the program-create flow, the "perk shown to referee" field is what the friend sees on the landing page. "$15 off your first visit," "free intro session," "first month half-off."

make it concrete
vague ("come check us out") doesn't convert. specific ("first cup of coffee on us") does. give the friend a real reason that landing-page click was worth their thumb tap.

log the perk delivery alongside the conversion
for the friend's perk, you handle the delivery on your end (apply the discount on their first invoice, comp the first service). armadillo doesn't auto-deliver the friend's perk — that's on you to wire into your normal customer flow.
tiptwo-sided rewards convert way better than one-sided. it gives your customer something real to hand over without it sounding like "please refer me."
