open armadillo
click "armadillo" in the sidebar.

click "new program"
name the program ("refer a friend" works), then pick the destination — usually your booking page or website. that's where your customer's friend lands when they tap the link.

pick the reward kind
choose what the referrer gets — pawpaw credit, cattail points, firefly punches, or a free service. set the reward amount.

(optional) sweeten it for the new customer
add a perk for the friend too — "$15 off your first visit" makes the link easier to share.
tiptwo-sided rewards (something for the referrer AND the friend) convert way better than one-sided. it gives your customer something real to hand over.
