sweetgum mints a public link valid for 30 days. copy it.

text or email it to them
paste the link into a text or email. they fill out the w-9 from any phone or computer — name, address, tin, signature — no account required.

the card flips when they sign
once signed, the contractor's card shows "w-9 on file" with the date they signed it. the missing-w-9 flag clears.
tipif the link expires before they fill it out, just mint a new one. no harm done.
