instead of rebuilding the same filter on every blast, save it as a segment. the segment then shows in every future blast's audience picker with a live recipient count.

    open segments in the sparrow nav

    the segments page lists every saved segment + recipient count.

    click "new segment"

    name it ("vips," "last-30-day customers"), pick a source (dragonfly contacts or marigold leads), and add filter rules.

    save and reuse

    the segment shows in every new blast's audience picker. counts re-resolve at blast time so you always reach who actually qualifies.

    tip

    for blasts you send often (weekly promo to vips, monthly reactivation to dormant customers), saved segments cut setup time on every send.
