  1. 1

    draft

you're still building it. nothing's queued. delete or finish anytime.

  2. 2

    scheduled

queued for a future time. cancel anytime before it fires.

  3. 3

    sending → sent

when the scheduled time hits, sparrow batches the send. status flips to sending while batches roll out, then sent once complete.

  4. 4

    cancelled or failed

cancelled = you pulled it before it fired. failed = something blocked the send (brand registration not complete, audience empty, etc). check the error on the blast detail.

    tip

if a blast fails, the most common cause is brand registration not yet approved. check oyster (eventually) or your sparrow settings to see status.
