click any row in your receipts list. the side panel shows all parsed fields.

pick a category
click the "category" dropdown — common ones (meals, travel, supplies, software) are pre-built. you can add custom ones too.

add notes (optional)
use the notes field for context — "client lunch with X", "airport parking". helpful for your own records and for irs follow-ups.
