open the clients page
from pawpaw's toolbar, tap the people icon. you see every client you've ever invoiced.

click any client
their detail page shows lifetime totals (paid, outstanding) and every invoice — paid, draft, sent, refunded — with status pills and amounts. the "new invoice" button on this page pre-fills the customer.

act from here
click any past invoice to open it. or hit "new invoice" to start a fresh one for this customer with name + email already in.
tipfor sales calls, glance at outstanding before you pick up the phone. "hey sarah, looks like there's still $250 open from last month — want to take care of that while we're talking?" feels normal when you've got the data on screen.
