open pawpaw settings
click the gear icon in the pawpaw toolbar, or hit "finish setup" on the dashboard banner.

fill in business info
business name (what shows on the invoice), email (replies from customers come here), phone (helpful for customers who want to call about a charge), and address.

set an invoice prefix
the prefix runs in front of every invoice number — "INV-2024-001," "ACME-001," whatever pattern your business uses. up to 5 characters; auto-uppercased.
tipthe business email here also acts as the reply-to on every invoice email. if you want customers replying to a specific inbox (billing@yourshop.com instead of your personal email), set it here.
