complete the job in crawdad
open the crawdad job, click "complete". the dialog asks if you want to create the invoice — say yes.

review the draft in pawpaw
pawpaw opens with the new draft pre-filled. customer is set, time entries dropped in as line items, any tracked materials translated as separate lines.

tweak and send
add anything that wasn't tracked, fix any descriptions, set a due date, hit send.
tipthe invoice carries a "from job" link back to the crawdad job, and the job carries an "invoice" link back. you can navigate between them whenever a customer asks why an invoice is what it is.
