open pawpaw settings
in pawpaw, click the gear icon and pick "email templates". you'll see the default subject and body for new invoices, reminders, and the thank-you that goes out when payment lands.

rewrite in your voice
edit the subject (e.g. "your invoice from {{business_name}} — {{invoice_number}}") and body. the variables in double braces fill in automatically. add your phone number and a short "text me back if you have questions" line.

save — applies to all future sends
your template applies to every new invoice + reminder. existing scheduled reminders use the new template the next time they fire.
tiptest it on yourself first — create an invoice to your own email and send it. you'll catch typos and weird formatting before a real customer sees it.
