use the kanban board to drag leads through stages

the kanban view shows one column per stage — new, contacted, quoted, stalled, won, lost. drag a card across columns to update its stage; the change is saved immediately.

    switch to kanban view

    the toolbar has a view toggle — table or kanban. pick kanban. your choice is remembered for next time.

    drag a card to a new column

    grab a card and drop it on another column. the stage updates instantly. cards reorder by most-recent-activity within each column.

    click a card to open the lead

    the detail sheet slides over so you can edit info, log activity, or add a task without leaving the board.

    tip

    six columns at typical card width is wider than most laptops — the board scrolls horizontally so you can see every stage at once. on mobile, you'll likely want table view.
