open the marigold dashboard
from marigold's main page, click "dashboard" in the top nav. you'll see your pipeline as a funnel: new → contacted → quoted → won / lost.

read the conversion at each stage
each stage shows the count and the percentage that moved to the next stage. the lowest percentage is your weakest link.

fix the weakest link first
if 80% of new leads never get "contacted", the problem is response time. if leads get contacted but don't reach "quoted", you might be losing them in qualifying. if quoted leads don't close, look at price and quote follow-up.
tipthe most common bottleneck for service businesses is new → contacted. customers who hear from you within an hour close at 7x the rate of those who hear back the next day.
