saved views remember search, dropdown filters, sort, group-by, and your filter rules — including which view mode (table or kanban) you were on.

set up the table or board the way you want it
pick filters, search, sort, group-by, and view mode.

click "save view"
name it ("hot ar leads," "facebook ads — quoted but not won," "churn watch"). save.

switch between views
every saved view shows in the views menu — one click applies the whole combo. "clear" returns to the default unfiltered list.
tip
views are per-user inside your business — your team sees their own. for shared lists, export to csv instead.
