open marigold settings
click the gear icon in marigold, then "capture forms". you'll see your existing forms (probably empty) and a "new form" button.

build a form
give it a name ("contact us", "get a quote"), pick which fields to ask for (name + email are required, phone + message + service-type are optional), and pick the source tag ("website-contact", "quote-form").

embed or share
marigold gives you two things: a snippet of html to paste into your website, and a hosted url (marigold.wymzy.ai/{your-slug}/{form-name}) you can link to directly. both deliver submissions into marigold.
tipmake a separate form for each landing page on your site (homepage, services page, blog). that way the source tag tells you which page actually generated the lead — not just "website".
