bulk update tags, status, or source on many leads

select a batch and apply tags, change stage, or archive in one move. the row checkboxes + bulk action bar work the same way as dragonfly.

    select leads with the checkboxes

    shift-click for ranges, individual click for cherry-pick. the action bar appears at the bottom with the selected count.

    pick a bulk action

    add tags, remove tags, change stage, change source, or archive. confirm — every selected lead picks up the change.

  3. 3

    undo within 5 seconds

    every bulk action raises a toast with undo. click within the window to roll back.

    tip

    after a marketing campaign, bulk-tagging "campaign-replied" on the right leads beats individually tagging one at a time. select, tag, move on.
