stop emailing pdfs. build a form once, share the link, the customer fills it from their phone.

    open hummingbird

    click "hummingbird" in the sidebar.

    click "new form"

    name it ("new client intake", "pet info", "design brief") and pick a url slug — that's the public link customers will get.

    add fields

    10 live field kinds: short text, long text, email, phone, number, date, dropdown, checkboxes, yes/no, 1–5 rating. drop them in, set labels, mark required if needed.

    preview, then publish

    save as a draft, preview from your phone to make sure it reads clean, then click publish. the share link goes live the moment you do.

    tip

    shorter forms get way more completions. a 6-question form lands replies; a 20-question one gets abandoned. cut anything you don't truly need before the appointment.
