set up recurring jobs with the rule picker

weekly mowing, monthly cleaning, every-other-week maintenance. the recurrence picker handles the standard cadences and lets you cap the run with an end date or a count.

3 steps~2 min
  1. 1

open a job, scroll to recurrence

in the detail sheet. toggle on "repeats."

  2. 2

    pick frequency + interval

daily, weekly, or monthly. interval lets you say "every 2 weeks" or "every 3 months." weekly mode lets you pick which weekdays it lands on; monthly mode lets you pick the day of the month.

  3. 3

pick how it ends (or don't)

never (open-ended), on a date ("end on oct 31"), or after a count ("end after 12 visits"). save and the calendar fills in every future occurrence.

    tip

for seasonal pauses (lawn care that drops off in winter), set an end date for the season and re-enable in spring. that's cleaner than deleting and re-creating.
