tune the survey copy and routing thresholds

the defaults work for most operators, but you can rewrite the email, change the follow-up message each group sees, or shift where the cutoffs land.

    open program settings

    click the gear icon next to the program switcher.

    edit subject + body

    placeholders {name}, {link}, and {business} fill in per recipient. add a one-line personal note so the email feels like it came from you, not from "a software."

    shift the cutoffs (optional)

    by default 9+ is promoter, 7–8 passive, 0–6 detractor — that's the standard nps math. you can move the lines if your business runs hot or cold.

    edit the follow-up text per group

    promoters see one message + the review cta. passives + detractors see different copy. save — future sends use the new copy.

    tip

    if your business is genuinely 5-star (low number of detractors), keep the standard cutoffs. only move them if you keep getting promoters who don't actually click through.
