set up your first feedback program

coyote sends a quick 0–10 survey after each visit and routes happy customers to leave a public google review. set the program up once and it runs every send from there.

    open coyote

    click "coyote" in the sidebar.

    click "new program"

    give it a name ("customer feedback" is fine) and set the from-name — usually your business name. that's what shows in the customer's inbox.

    paste your google review url

    find this in your google business profile under "share review form." paste it in. promoters get sent here automatically.

    tweak the email subject and save

    the default works, but a sentence in your own voice gets opened more often. save and the program is live.

    tip

    you can run separate programs per location or service. each one tracks its own nps score and review-click count.
