promoter (9–10) → google-review prompt with a one-tap button. passive (7–8) → quiet thank-you. detractor (0–6) → a short "what happened" textarea that posts back into honeybee for you. each group sees only what's right for them.
tipkeep your email subject + body honest. "how was your visit?" gets way more answers than "please leave us a 5-star google review" — the gating only works if the customer actually rates.
