use the program switcher to flip between them
the dashboard's program dropdown switches the view. each program tracks its own nps score, send count, and review-click count.

send to the right list per program
when you click "send survey," the dispatch is scoped to the active program. paste only the customers from that location's batch.
tipthis is also how you a/b test. spin up a second program with different copy, send to half your list each, watch which one converts more 9–10s into actual google reviews.
