edit the survey email template

the default subject + body works, but a sentence in your own voice gets opened more often. coyote uses placeholders so the email feels personal even when it's templated.

    open program settings — the gear icon

    the email subject and body fields show the current template.

    use the placeholders

    {name} fills in the recipient's name. {link} fills in the survey link. {business} fills in your from-name. example: "hey {name} — quick favor, can you tell us how it went? {link}". one short line, one link.

    save

    all future sends use the new template. the existing dispatches keep their original subject/body.

    tip

    shorter is better. customers who get a 4-paragraph survey email don't answer. one personal line + the link is the whole pattern.
