choose which sections show on the portal

the portal can show bookings, invoices, files, loyalty points, message history, and active promos. hide sections you don't use so the customer's home base only shows what's relevant.

    open yaupon settings

    click the gear icon, then "sections". each available section has a toggle.

    turn off what you don't use

    no loyalty program? hide the loyalty section. no active promos? hide promotions. no shared files? hide files. customers see a cleaner portal that matches what your business actually offers.

    save

    changes take effect immediately. customers refresh the portal and the hidden sections disappear from their nav.

    tip

    you can turn a section back on anytime — historical data is preserved. so if you start a loyalty program in 6 months, you can re-enable the section and customers see their points without needing to re-set anything up.
