code, printable, or scheduled email — pick the delivery

the delivery method controls how the recipient gets the card. three options, three different use cases.

3 steps~2 min
  1. 1

    code (you give it verbally)

for a customer standing in front of you who's giving the card to someone in person. you read the code aloud, they jot it down on a paper sleeve, hand it to grandma. simplest path.

  2. 2

    printable card

for the buyer who wants to physically hand the card over. whitetail generates a print-ready pdf with the code, the message, and your branding. they print it on cardstock at home.

  3. 3

    scheduled email-to-recipient

for the buyer-not-recipient case (grandma buys for grandson). pick a delivery date and whitetail emails the recipient on that day with the code, the message, and a redeem link. great for birthdays — buy now, deliver on the actual day.

    tip

scheduled email is the most-used delivery for online buys. for in-person buys, code is the fastest path. printable is a nice option for the buyer who wants the gift to feel physical.
