    the filing-details panel sits at the top of settings.

    fill in the editable fields

    ein, formation date, registered-agent name, registered-agent address, state filing number. legal name and address are read-only here — those live on your business profile (cypress) and edit there.

    watch every prep sheet light up

    from now on, every filing prep sheet pre-fills these fields. no retyping per filing.

    tip

    the registered agent is whoever's name and address appear in your llc filing as the official contact. it's usually you, your attorney, or a paid registered-agent service. don't leave the field blank — most state portals require it.
