track the conversion funnel from lead to paid

the funnel tab shows how leads turn into quotes, quotes into invoices, invoices into paid invoices. you'll see where your pipeline leaks.

    open the funnel tab

    click "funnel" in osprey. each stage shows a count and a conversion rate to the next stage.

    find the leakiest stage

    the lowest conversion rate is where to focus. if leads-to-quotes is 80% but quotes-to-invoices is 20%, your quotes are the problem, not your leads.

    drill into the stage

    click any stage to jump into the underlying records — leads land you in marigold, quotes in mayhaw, invoices in pawpaw.

    tip

    track this every monday. one week of data is noise; eight weeks of data tells you whether a change you made is actually working.
