    the dashboard shows your top vendors by ytd spend. sort dropdown lets you swap to last-12-months or last-90-days.

    your top three are usually 60–70% of your variable spend. that's where renegotiation makes a real dollar difference.

    export to csv at year-end

    for tax time and budget reviews, the export-to-csv button gives you a clean spend-per-vendor list.

    tip

    if your top vendor is a software you forgot you were paying for — that's the easiest savings call you'll make this month.
