search matches across company, contact, city, and email. fuzzy matching catches typos.

filter by category
if search isn't tight enough, narrow by category (materials, services, software) using the filter chips at the top.
tip
if you find yourself searching for "mike at the lumber place" — go ahead and rename the vendor card to add a memorable phrase. catfish lets you put nicknames in the notes field.
