    click into the vendor.

    for 1099 contractors, the w-9 lives here

    if this vendor is also a 1099 contractor in sweetgum, the signed w-9 already shows on the sweetgum card. you can mirror it to catfish for one-stop access.

    tip

    for any subcontractor, ask for a current coi (certificate of insurance) before they show up on a job. attach it here and set a reminder for renewal — most cois expire annually.
